Tasha Foster
Primary Teacher
Tasha is a Louisiana girl who grew up about an hour away from New Orleans. She has a deep love for this city and has made it her home for eleven years with her husband, teenage daughter, and 3 lovable dogs.
Tasha did not intend on working with children but was introduced to Montessori through a part time job at a Montessori school during college. After graduating with her B.A. in Sociology, she moved out of state and a few years later when looking for a change, realized the best job she ever had was with children. She found a local Montessori school, applied, worked as an assistant teacher, and after three months she sought out training to become an accredited AMS Montessori teacher. Several years later she received her M.Ed. with a concentration in Montessori Integrative Learning.
