This will be a 3-part parent education series, 45-minutes each session, each focusing on a different area of the Montessori Upper Elementary curriculum: Language, Math, and Cultural Studies. Parents can expect brief summaries of works with opportunities to receive lessons in each area - experience Montessori the way your child does, as the parent becomes the student! In Cultural Studies, I'll emphasize how language and math are fundamentally woven throughout each core area, and how our three-year cycle offers children hands-on, authentic experiences of history, geography, the arts, and sciences (biology, physics, and chemistry).
